How to access AI tools on Kittl?

Starting on December 1st, 2024, Kittl’s credit allowance will be a monthly allocation. Here’s how it breaks down for each subscription type:

• Free Users: 20 one-time credits.
• Pro Users: 200 credits monthly.
• Expert Users: 600 credits monthly.

We transitioned to a monthly credit system to accommodate the AI usage of as many users as possible. Under the daily credit system, over 10% of our generative AI users hit their daily limit at least once a month, creating unnecessary interruptions. With monthly credits, we hope to provide users with greater flexibility to use our tools without daily limits getting in the way. Combining the daily credit allowances into a monthly total would require a reevaluation of subscription prices for all users, impacting the 50% of users who don't use our AI companion tools regularly. The new credit system is designed to accommodate the needs of most users without raising subscription costs.

Will Kittl return to daily credits?
The monthly model is a permanent change to give designers more freedom and flexibility to use their AI credits without daily restrictions.

What happens when I run out of credits?
When credits run out, access to AI tools pauses until the next monthly renewal.

Can I buy more credits?
Currently, credits can’t be purchased separately, but Kittl plans to introduce “Top-Up” credits in the future.

Can unused credits roll over?
Unused credits do not roll over. Each monthly allocation is designed to meet standard workflow needs.
