Downgrading your subscription
Losing access to certain features
If you downgrade from a Kittl Expert subscription, you'll lose access to some features depending on the new plan you choose:
- Premium templates
- Background remover
- Brand Kits
- Image vectorizer
- Image upscaler
- Advanced Image Gen
- Saved custom image generation styles
- High-resolution downloads...

Restricted access to certain features
If you downgrade from an Expert account:
- To a Pro account: Image Generator Saved Styles switches from 30 to 12*
- To a Free account: No access to Advanced Image Generator & Saved Styles switches to 1*
*any saved styles removed can still be accessed as images in your Uploads folder
Downgrade your subscription from Pro/Expert to Free
- Hover on your profile image in the upper right corner and click “Subscription” from the dropdown menu.
- Find the plan that fits your needs.
- Click “Get Pro” or “Get Free” to downgrade.
- If you downgrade from Expert to Pro, choose a payment plan then click "Proceed to Checkout". Add a payment method. If applicable, add a promo code. Whether you are using a Credit/Debit card or PayPal you will be redirected to a confirmation page. Make sure to complete the payment before you leave the page.
- If you downgrade from Expert or Pro to Free, after clicking on "Get Free," click on "Cancel Subscription."
