Basic Shape Tools

Kittl's shape tools are an essential part of vector creation and editing, allowing you to quickly build custom graphics for logos, illustrations, and other creative projects. Choose from four versatile shapes and refine them with easy-to-use settings.

Available Shape Tools

• Rectangle (Shortcut: R)
• Ellipse (Shortcut: O)
• Polygon
• Star

How to Use Shape Tools

Accessing Shape Tools

• Shape tools are available in the main toolbar.

Use keyboard shortcuts to quickly select a shape tool.

Drawing Shapes

• Select a shape tool and drag on the canvas to create a shape.
• Hold Shift to constra in proportions (e.g., perfect squares or circles).
• Hold Opt/Alt while drawing to create the shape from the center.

Click once on the canvas to create a shape at its default size.

Customizing Shapes

• Adjust the number of sides for Polygons in the Settings panel.
• Modify the points of a Star for unique designs.
