Kittl’s New Monthly AI Credit System

At Kittl, we’re committed to giving designers more control over their creative process. That’s why we’re making an important change to how our AI credits work.

Introducing Monthly AI Credits

We’re shifting from a daily-renewing credit system to a monthly one. This new structure is designed to offer more flexibility, ensuring you can use your AI credits when you need them most—whether that’s for consistent daily projects or larger, high-impact designs.

Starting December 1st:

• Free Users will continue with 20 one-time credits as before.

• Pro Users will receive 200 AI credits per month (previously 30 per day).

• Expert Users will receive 600 AI credits per month (previously 80 per day).

The key difference? Your credits will no longer expire daily, so you can use them at your own pace. Whether you prefer to create in steady bursts or save credits for bigger projects, the new system adapts to your needs.

Nov 18th Update: Supporting You Through the Transition

We understand that changes can take some time to adjust to, and we want to ensure this shift feels as seamless as possible. As part of our commitment to supporting our community, we are adding an additional one-time credit allocation to all Pro and Expert subscribers.

Here’s what you’ll receive:

• Pro Users: 3 months' worth of credits (an additional 600 credits)

• Expert Users: 3 months' worth of credits (an additional 1800 credits)

These credits will be added to your account and will expire on June 1st, 2025. You’ll find them in your Subscription Tab under Account Settings.

Why the Change?

We made this shift based on two things we consistently heard from designers:

1. Waiting for credits to reset: Many designers found themselves running out of daily credits and had to pause their work, waiting an entire day to resume their design process.

2. Unused credits: Some designers noticed they didn’t use their daily credits regularly, but felt restricted when they needed more for larger projects.

This monthly system solves both issues, giving you more flexibility and control over when and how you use your AI credits—no more waiting or restrictions.

No Roll-Over for Monthly Credits: Here’s Why

After reviewing feedback and usage data, we’ve determined that a monthly system without roll-overs is the fairest solution for all Kittl customers. This approach allows us to maintain current pricing while ensuring everyone has access to the AI tools they need.

For designers with larger projects or busier periods, we’re excited to announce that Top-Up credits will be introduced in the future. These will allow you to purchase additional credits as needed, ensuring you always have the tools to create—without being limited by your monthly credits. Stay tuned for more details on this soon.

While some may notice that the total number of monthly credits seems lower compared to the previous daily system, the reality is that most designers didn’t use the majority of their daily credits. This new structure removes the limits of daily resets, offering more freedom to use your credits exactly when you need them throughout the month.

What to Expect on December 1st

No matter when your plan renews, all customers will receive their full month’s worth of credits on December 1st. For example, if your plan renews on November 15th, you will still receive your full allocation of monthly credits on December 1st. This way, you can immediately start benefiting from the new system.
