  Want to use Kittl for just one project or for a short time only? Subscribe and you can always cancel right away when you don’t need it anymore — you’ll still have full access for the full billing period.

• Can I cancel anytime?

  Yes — no strings attached.

  Cancel directly from your account settings at any time. Your access continues until the end of the billing cycle.

• Can I invite teammates to my Kittl workspace?

  Yes — team collaboration is built in so you can easily invite others.

  Invite others to co-create, edit, and manage designs together in one shared space. Perfect for brand teams, agencies, or creative partners. Viewers are always free. Additional editors will be charged according to the plan you choose.

• Are there student and teacher discounts?

• What are tokens and how do they work?

  Tokens power Kittl’s AI features.

  Use them to:

  - Generate stunning visuals with AI

  - Create product backgrounds

  Each AI action consumes a few tokens. Your plan includes a monthly set of tokens to fuel your creativity.

• Do unused tokens roll over?

  Tokens are based on cloud-based computational resources that are set by AI providers like OpenAI. These assume a certain allocation per user in a given month, and therefore currently tokens can not roll over to the next month. Your token balance will reset monthly with each billing cycle. You can always upgrade or easily purchase extra tokens whenever needed.

• Can I try premium features before upgrading?

  Yes — we want you to explore first. Free users can preview most Pro features with light usage limits. You’ll know exactly what you’re unlocking before committing to a paid plan.

• What happens to my designs if I cancel?

  Your work is always safe.

  Canceling your subscription does not delete your designs. You’ll still have access to your projects, though premium features like vector exports will be locked until you reactivate.

• I’m a solo creator — is it worth upgrading?
